The website does not currently use a contact form. When you call, the referral system may process your phone number, the number called, call date and time, status, duration, and a recording. Information you choose to provide may include your name, project address, property details, timing, and contact information.

Information may be used to operate and troubleshoot the referral line, connect the inquiry to an independent provider, assess lead quality, prevent misuse, maintain records, and handle questions or disputes.

Recording and routing

The call message provides notice that a call may be recorded and routed. If you do not want that processing, hang up instead of continuing. Do not provide sensitive payment, financial, medical, or government-identification information.

Who may receive information

Call information and conversation contents may be shared with the independent provider receiving the inquiry. Telecommunications, hosting, security, and data-storage vendors may process information to operate the website and line. Information may also be retained or disclosed for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
